Frequently Asked Questions
What's available for my kids?
Arrive 30 minutes before the service to experience Play!, our family fun area - your kids will dance and sing with our Christmas elves, make take-home crafts, play games together, and more! When the service begins, your kids are welcome to join you and must have a ticket to enter if they'll be taking up a seat (there will be no childcare provided).
What's the parking situation?
The Mahaffey will offer on-site parking for $10 per car, but there will also be free street parking around the venue if you can snag a spot.
Should I bring anything?
This year, we're asking you to bring a Walmart gift-card of any denomination to support Family Promise of Pinellas County. Family Promise offers a bridge housing program for homeless children and their families focused on eliminating barriers preventing sustainable independence. Gift cards will be provided to families who have graduated from the program and are ready to get on their feet by creating a home they're proud of.
What's the attire?
Wear whatever you're comfortable in; we're a casual church, but some people love to dress up for Christmas. You'll be welcomed in flip flops or your dressiest shoes.
I have some extra tickets I won't be using, what should I do?
We would love to have those tickets back so we can redistribute them to people who still need one. Bring it to your BridgePoint campus or our central offices and we'll make sure it gets into good hands. If you're not able to bring them back to us in person, call our central offices at (727) 384-3400.
Another Christmas commitment popped up - can I trade my tickets for another service time?
Sure, as long as we've got tickets available for the other service you're looking to attend, we're happy to trade those tickets out for you.
I am (or someone I know is) deaf - will you have sign language interpretation at your services?
YES! For the first time at the Mahaffey, we are proud to offer sign language interpretation at two services: Sunday, Dec. 23rd at
